Two years after the Grenfell tragedy we are changing our whole culture to put the needs of communities first and better engage with our residents, especially those who live in more deprived parts of the borough. We are now reorganising our senior team to look at creative and imaginative ways of generating more social and affordable housing and maximising benefits for all of our communities.
As Executive Director, you will oversee a new team of Directors to deliver our £350m housing investment programme, our housing services, and our new corporate approach to delivering social value. You will consolidate and strengthen the work we have already started while remaining flexible to the changing expectations and needs of those we serve.
